Sorry for your loss
Dear Goede Family,
I am sorry to hear of Dwayne's death. He was my very good friend at Morristown High School. It seemed like we became instant friends the year his family moved to Morristown and I spent a lot of good and memorable times with them. I recall learning to run the linotype machine at the Morristown Press and spending some vacation time north of Two Harbors, probably in the summer of 1960 or so.
My mom died the same day as Dwayne, her funeral is the same day and she is also being buried in Meadow Ridge Cemetery this Tuesday afternoon--she was 98 years old.
I'm attaching a photo of Dwayne when he was dating Edith Kratt--they're standing next to my 1955 Ford.
